Point Breeze Credit Union officially opened its Towson office at 8501 LaSalle Road, bringing its people-first approach and easy, reliable banking to more individuals and families in the greater Towson community.

The new Point Breeze office expands the credit union’s presence into Baltimore County’s county seat and joins its established network of offices across Central Maryland. For the Towson area, the change means broader access to a locally rooted credit union known for making banking straightforward, dependable, and personal.

The office previously operated as a branch of Central Credit Union of Maryland, which merged with Point Breeze on April 1, 2026. Central’s branches continued serving members as a division of Point Breeze during the integration. Following the transition of member accounts to Point Breeze’s banking systems on October 1, the Towson location is now fully operating under the Point Breeze name.

The expansion opens the door to Point Breeze membership for individuals who work, worship, or belong to an organization within 20 miles of the former Central branch on LaSalle Road. New and longtime members alike can now turn to Point Breeze for trusted guidance, convenient banking solutions, and personalized service backed by more than 90 years of experience serving Maryland communities.

The Central merger also expands Point Breeze’s presence into Cecil County through the former Central branch at the VA Maryland Health Care System campus in Perry Point. Together, the Perry Point and Towson offices represent important steps in the credit union’s growth.
