Strong leadership starts with understanding yourself, building relationships and developing the skills to guide others. The Future Leaders Program, led by leadership development expert Laurie Maddalena, helps credit union professionals prepare for leadership roles and grow in their current positions.

Designed for high-potential employees, new supervisors and managers, and professionals preparing to step into management within the next one to five years, the program helps participants understand their strengths, improve emotional intelligence and develop their leadership style.

Through seven interactive sessions, participants will explore modern leadership, personal strengths, workplace relationships, leadership values and emotional intelligence. The program includes personalized assessments and reports, group discussions, hands-on exercises and reflection activities that help participants better understand their leadership style, work through real-world leadership challenges and identify areas for growth.
