These core values of inclusion and equality require constant nurturing and a vigorous commitment to social responsibility. As a movement we can be a catalyst for change by reinvigorating our commitment to leveling the playing field when it comes to economic equality and financial opportunity. That begins by engaging in an honest dialogue and educating ourselves about how we can work together for meaningful and lasting change in the achieving racial and economic equality. We have gathered a list of resources to provide insight and information on strengthening credit unions by creating a more diverse, more equitable and inclusive environment.
