Assistant Manager: E-Services

Assist with the management of the daily activities of the E-Services area and functions

Position Summary: Assist with the management of the daily activities of the E-Services area and functions. This includes ATMs, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Funds Transfer, Online Account Opening, E-statements and other electronic banking services. Monitors status and site traffic for ATMs and Interactive Teller Machines, ensuring security, safety, and compliance. Schedules and maintains business unit daily workflow activities to ensure service levels are met. Monitors arrival/departure times and internal activities related to the Electronic and Remote Banking environments. Reassigns work tasks when needed, and successfully performs functions if necessary. Follows prescribed policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines when making day-to-day decisions. Support with developing, maintaining, and updating procedures. Serves as the primary resource for team members’ questions and handles all member escalations as required for functional role. Train new and existing staff on the business unit's processes and coordinates cross training to support the needs of the area. Provides guidance, coaching and timely feedback. Prepare annual performance evaluation and set SMART Goals. Ensures business unit is running smoothly and efficiently in absence of manager.

Essential Functions:
1. Assists with the management of the daily activities of the E-Services area and functions.
2. Performs quarterly documented review of systems access for each individual who has access to an E-Services environment. Provides written report to business unit management within 10 days of the new quarter.
3. Updates E-Services portion of the Intranet. Performs bi -monthly review to ensure current information is displayed. Provides documented request to manager for all recommended changes.
4. The job duties may vary from time to time as assigned by management. These new duties are to be similar nature to other already assigned duties.
5. Performs monthly one-on-one coaching with team.

Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business preferred; Associates required. Will substitute experience for education.
Three (3) years Financial Institution (recent) required; three (3) years Supervisory experience required.
