Point Breeze Credit Union has named Kim Mangrum Vice President of Retail Services. Mangrum, who held senior management roles at both Capital One and Bank of America, will oversee retail business functions at the credit union’s three branches in Hunt Valley, Bel Air and Rosedale, and the Member Service call center. She is charged with continuing the development and growth of the credit union’s sales and service culture as well as strategic initiatives, including new product development, technology upgrades and improvements, and possible expansion.

Prior to joining Point Breeze Credit Union, Mangrum held positions at Capital One, Bank of America and T. Rowe Price. She earned a MBA in Finance and a BBA in Business Management from James Madison University (VA).
Mangrum is a native of Baltimore County and currently lives in Odenton, MD with her husband Dave. She is an active community leader, serving on the Board of Directors of the Stacey Davis Breast Cancer Fund in Westminster for the last eight years and is also a long-time member of the Junior Woman’s Club of Westminster.
