CUNA begins second NCUA Exam Survey – CEO responses needed

Wed, Dec 4, 2013

Washington, District Of Columbia

Earlier this week, all credit union presidents nationwide should have received an email from Credit Union National Association (CUNA) CEO Bill Cheney that contained a link to a survey with questions about each credit union's most recent exam. The MD|DC Credit Union Association is working with CUNA to ensure that credit unions in Maryland and the District are well-represented in the responses to allow both the state and national trade associations to provide advocacy to improve the exam process. Advocating on your behalf to improve the examination process is one of the highest priorities of CUNA and your Association.

This is a repeat of a similar survey we ran last year.  This time, we are going to keep the survey open continuously.  So please complete the survey as soon as you can for your most recent exam, no matter when it was.  Then, after you next exam, you will be able to complete a new survey for that exam.

I would like to emphasize that completion of this survey will be completely anonymous and confidential.  Your name or the name of your credit union will NEVER be revealed to anyone outside of the research analysts at CUNA.

If you have any questions, please contact Ricardo Pineres at rpineres@mddccua.org or send an email to MktResearch@cuna.coop.
