Bel Air, Maryland

Freedom Federal Credit Union is proud to announce David Bielecki, as the winner of Freedom’s 2013 third quarter “Core Values Award.”  The “Core Values Award” recognizes Freedom employees who continuously demonstrate support of unique core values, as a vision and guidance for all employees in their commitment to serve Freedom members, fellow employees and the Harford County community.  The award is based on employee nominations and chosen by a volunteer committee of Freedom employees.

Dave joined Freedom in February of 2012 as the Facilities Maintenance Tech and Courier.  Receiving multiple peer nominations, Dave was an ideal recipient, recognized for his dedicated efforts in supporting the Freedom team members and his spirited display of the Credit Union’s core values.

Surprised by his recognition, Dave shared his thanks with employees, stating “As a long-time member since 1974 and now an employee of the Credit Union, I am pleased to know that everyone appreciates my efforts every day in helping to make us ’Harford County’s Better Way to Bank’.”

Rose Ann Lambert, President/CEO of Freedom said, “Freedom prides itself on having great people in place to serve our members and the community where we both live and work.  This hard work by our team members makes an important contribution to Freedom’s continued growth, success and service to the community.  The Core Values Award provides us with the opportunity to recognize our great employees each quarter through peer nominations.  I am proud to recognize Dave for his dedicated efforts.”

Employees are encouraged to recognize and nominate each other for their actions related to the demonstration of Freedom’s Core Values, with the quarterly winner being awarded two days of paid time off (PTO).
