Freedom Federal Credit Union is proud to announce Kristi Kelly, Electronic Services Representative, as the winner of Freedom’s 2013 second quarter “Core Values Award.” The “Core Values Award” recognizes Freedom employees who continuously demonstrate support of unique core values which were established as a vision and guidance for all employees in their commitment to serve Freedom members, fellow employees and the Harford County community. The award is based on employee nominations and chosen by a volunteer committee of Freedom employees.
Kristi, who joined Freedom in November of 2010, was a standout Core Values Award candidate, receiving three separate nominations in this past quarter’s peer nominations. Kristi was recognized for her commitment, respect and dedication to supporting her co-workers across all facets of the credit union. Kristi is an exemplary model of Freedom’s Core Values, who continuously goes out of her way to help her co-workers without question or hesitation.

Employees are encouraged to recognize and nominate each other for their actions related to the demonstration of Freedom’s Core Values, with the quarterly winner being awarded two days of paid time off (PTO).
Freedom Federal Credit Union is a community-chartered credit union offering consumer financial services to those who live, work, volunteer, worship, attend school, or have family in Harford County. Additionally, Freedom offers a full-line of banking services for all businesses, associations, and other organizations that are based in Harford County. Freedom is celebrating its 60th anniversary in business having started in 1953. The credit union has five area locations.
