“The MD|DC Credit Union Association is excited to introduce this unique experience to help cultivate and energize the next generation of credit union leaders,” said John Bratsakis, president/CEO, MD|DC Credit Union Association. “The Emerging Leader Award competition is a great opportunity for young professionals to share innovative ideas and show what they can do to ensure credit unions are well-positioned for the future.”

Participants can nominate themselves or a deserving peer/employee. Written and video submissions will be evaluated by a panel of judges who will select the top five nominees whose submissions will then be posted online where the public can vote for their favorite. A panel of judges will select the top nominees to advance to the next phase.
