If you are a credit union branch sales representative, here's your chance to assist a credit union colleague -- and participate in research supporting the credit union movement. Click on the link below to participate in a short survey examining the interrelationship between goal orientation, coaching, and sales performance. Your participation in the survey is completely anonymous, and it only takes about 10 minutes to complete.
Your participation is in support of research being conducted by Anthony Daniels, human resources professional at MECU of Baltimore and PhD candidate at Capella University. As credit unions continue to seek ways to enhance the sales performance and productivity of branch representatives, the findings of this research will serve to inform the strategies of credit union leadership.
