Deadline for Love My Credit Union Rewards Reports

Love My Credit Union Rewards is requesting submissions for your credit union's 2017 marketing efforts. You are asked to send the reports to Client Support at: ClientSupport@CUSolutionsGroup.com by Jan. 122018. To review the information currently on file for your credit union, check your Marketing Audit Report located in Your Dashboard.

Please forward any missing documentation, including the date it was sent to your members, to: ClientSupport@CUSolutionsGroup.com. Marketing communications count for the quarter in which it was received by members. For example, if a newsletter was sent out during the first week of April, it would count for the second quarter.

  • 1st Quarter: Jan. 1 – March 31
  • 2nd Quarter: April 1 – June 30
  • 3rd Quarter: July 1 – Sept. 30
  • 4th Quarter: Oct. 1 – Dec. 31

To receive your Sprint revenue payout, your credit union must have an ACH registration on file. To register, or to see if your credit union has an ACH registration on file, visit the Partner Center.
