Getting Started as a Small Business Banker on July 23 is a one-day intensive workshop that teaches participants to speak the language of the small business owner. Participants will learn the skills needed to confidently discuss goals, operations, challenges and opportunities in ways that are meaningful to small businesses. Designed for credit union staff with responsibility for acquiring and expanding small business relationships, this 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. session will help attendees step up their level of small business competency and optimize interactions with business owners. In this first in a series of Small Business focused workshops, Nick Koumentakos, MDDCCUA’s Chief Services Officer, introduces all the critical elements to give your team the confidence and competence to have high impact conversations with Small Business owners.
