Mortgage Compliance set for July 22

This one-day workshop will take lending professionals through all the regulatory requirements for mortgage lending, including first and subordinate liens, Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs), higher priced mortgages, and Section 32 (high rate/fee) loans.   The application process, disclosure issues, RESPA and Truth in Lending requirements, Qualified Mortgage requirements, Ability to Repay regulations, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, and much more.

Presented by Mary-Lou Heighes, president of Compliance Plus, Inc., author of Understanding Regulations and contributor to Credit Union Magazine.  

Tuition for Mortgage Lending Compliance is $290 for credit unions with >$50M in assets, $145 for credit unions with <$50M in assets and $72.50 for credit unions with <$10M in assets.

Credit unions with up to $150M in assets may be eligible for up to 75% tuition reimbursement from the Credit Union Foundation of MD|DC.
