Filene Reports on Collaboration Among Cooperatives

The ownership structure and service models of credit unions are typically very similar to other cooperatives. Leaders of cooperatives often recognize the potential for business collaboration across sectors. By working together, cooperatives could mutually grow income. To date, however, most evidence of collaboration has been anecdotal and qualitative.

Filene’s new “Cooperation Among Cooperatives” report focuses on quantifying several aspects of the potential for cross sector cooperative collaboration.
