Sign up today for a half day of BSA training on Saturday, May 16, from 9 a.m. to noon, at the Association’s office in Columbia, 8975 Guilford Road, Suite 190.
Presented by André Lucas, MD|DC CUA’s Director of Compliance, the three-hour session will cover the importance of the BSA assessment, emerging money laundering risks, BSA reporting, recordkeeping and written program requirements, Customer Identification Program (CIP) requirements, and the role of the board in providing oversight and assuring compliance.
Tuition for the half-session is $180 for affiliated credit unions with assets of >$50M, $90 for affiliated credit unions with assets of <$50M, and $45 for affiliated credit unions with assets of <$10M. When registering for this class, credit unions with up to $150M in assets may want to apply for tuition reimbursement from the Credit Union Foundation of MD|DC.
