The students were prepared for working at the branch by completing products and services and systems training initially at the Credit Union's Rockville location followed up by on the job training at the beginning of the calendar year which all offered real life experiences, responsibility and financial advice.

"The past year has been a valuable experience for the students in running the day-to-day activity at our On-site Credit Union branch," said Chris Conway, President/CEO of Educational Systems FCU. "Financial literacy is so important to young adults venturing out into the world, so educating them early on can help guide them in their adult lives.
