Executive Success Circle

May 20th, 2014 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Executive Success Circle is a year-long program designed to propel you and your leadership to a whole new level.

The Success Circle is the place you can come to exchange best practices, increase your business knowledge, generate ideas and plans, network and build relationships, receive feedback and support, and benefit from structured masterminding and coaching.  In short, it’s your own personal board of advisors who are all invested in helping you think big and exceed your goals.

The Success Circle is for the high level leader who is looking for a combination of structured masterminding, leadership development, professional support and accountability all in one place.

How often will we meet?
We will meet each month for eleven months of the year. The Success Circle starts with a full day retreat to get to know the other members, take time to reflect on your leadership goals, and design a vision and plan of action. In subsequent months we will meet for four hours each month to network, participate in structured masterminding, discuss goals and plans, and support each other in taking massive action.

Depending on the tier you choose, you may also be meeting with Laurie Maddalena, a certified executive coach, on a regular basis to receive individual support to ensure you exceed your goals. Laurie will work with you one-on-one as your personal advisor to help you work through challenges, opportunities, and ultimately to achieve your highest level of success.

Meeting dates and times
May 20, 2014; June 17, 2014; July 15, 2014; August (no meeting); September 16, 2014; October 21, 2014; November 18, 2014; December 16, 2014; January 13, 2015; February 10, 2015; March 10, 2015; and April 14, 2015.  The first meeting will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  All other meetings are set for 12 to 4 p.m.

What is masterminding?

The mastermind concept first took shape back in the early 20th century when Napoleon Hill and Andrew Carnegie collaborated, and discovered the true energy that could be harnessed through collective brainstorming and peer support.  Hill wrote:“When two or more people coordinate in aspirit of harmony and work toward a definite objective or purpose, they place themselves in position, through the alliance, to absorb power directly from the great storehouse of the creative mechanism of each contributing mind.”

Many of the world’s most successful leaders like Tony Robbins,Donald Trump, Jack Canfield, and Mark Victor Hansen belong toa mastermind group. In a mastermind group, the agenda belongs to the group, and eachperson’s participation is key. Your peers give you feedback, help youbrainstorm new possibilities, and set up an accountability systemthat keeps you focused and on track. You create a community of supportive colleagues who willbrainstorm with you to move your leadership to new heights. A mastermind group is like having anobjective board of directors.

Mastermind groups share the basic philosophy that more can be accomplished in less time by working together. Individuals meet in an open, confidential, supportive environment on a regular basis to share best practices, ideas, opinions, and information. As individuals, we have the ability to see things from our own perspective. By adding others to the mix, the group has a greater ability to share a combined intellect to see things from a new and different perspective, what some call “the third mind.”

Each meeting will allow several group members to present a project, challenge, or topic they would like to generate ideas for or get feedback on. The facilitator will lead the group through the masterminding process to provide feedback, perspectives, thoughts, and ideas to the group member presenting. These sessions can be thought of as “results sessions” since the participant will leave the meeting with more ideas and strategies and a clearer picture of a course of action than before the session.

What results will I see from the program?
Each person will achieve different results, based on the specific vision and goals you design. Just know that you will receive full support in exceeding all of your professional and personal goals and dreams.

What if I can’t attend a session?
You will get out of this program what you put into it, so we ask that you please make a commitment to attend all sessions. If you are accepted into the Success Circle, please schedule the program dates in your calendar to ensure you can attend each session. If you are on vacation or have an emergency for one session, please notify Laurie Maddalena as soon as possible. If you know up front that you will not be able to make more than one session, we ask that you hold off and apply for a future program.

What is the investment?
The investment depends on the tier you choose.  Each tier has been designed to provide Success Circle members a discounted rate on the particular services included. This means that each tier is valued much more than theinvestment. The individual services add up to significantly more than the investment of the Success Circle program.
