About Your Speakers 
William Tracy
Supervisory Examiner, National Credit Union Administration

Bill Tracy is currently a Supervisory Examiner (SE) with the National Credit Union Administration. (NCUA) Bill joined NCUA out of college and has worked there for 39 years in 3 of the 5 regions.

Currently Bill works as a SE with a duty station of Washington DC. Bill has been a SE for 29 of the last 39 years and was named Supervisor of the Year four times in Region II.

Until 2014 when the largest credit unions were transferred to the Office of National Examination and Supervision, Bill was the SE responsible for the two largest Federal Credit Unions in the nation for 15 years.

Bill is happily married to Karen and has a son, Steven and a daughter Ann.

Ruth Martin
Supervisory Examiner, National Credit Union Administration

Ruth is a principal examiner with the National Credit Union Administration. She has worked for NCUA for over 10 years in the greater DC Metro area. She became a principal examiner in 2011, and for approximately the past six years has been an information security and technology subject matter examiner. Ruth has experience in examining information security and cyber security in credit unions of various sizes, from smaller, less complex to multi-billion dollar credit unions.

Prior to joining NCUA, Ruth was a client accounting manager for an institutional investment firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minor in international studies from Robert Morris University in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. She currently lives in Stafford, Virginia with her husband and two greyhounds.

Session Fees
$180 for credit unions with >$50M in assets
$90 for credit unions with <$50M in assets
$45 for credit unions with <$10M in assets

Tuition Reimbursement
Maryland and D.C.-based credit unions with up to $150 million in assets may be eligible for up to 75% educational reimbursement from the Credit Union Foundation of MD & DC.
