A specific, creative, results-oriented Business Development business plan will help you focus and create tangible goals with an accountability component.

Julie Ferguson will take you through a step-by-step process to create a plan for growth. The four key areas are SEG strategies, community outreach initiatives, growth campaigns, and member retention.

Speaker

Julie Ferguson is the owner of JRF Consulting Services, LLC, and has been in the credit union movement for more than 19 years, 16 of which were spent at First Tech Federal Credit Union in the Pacific Northwest where her career began as a part-time teller and took her on a journey that made stops as a Loan Officer, Branch Manager, Director of Operations, and Business Development Director.  While at First Tech, she developed strong relationships with SEGs such as Microsoft, Amazon.com, and Google. When First Tech became Microsoft’s credit union, she and her staff grew the relationship from 0 to 15,000 members in seven years.

She helps credit unions around the country create and execute focused and results- oriented business development strategies, trains frontline staff on enhancing existing member relationships, and facilitates Board Strategic Planning Sessions.  A graduate of the University of Washington, she is a frequent speaker around the country at CUNA and League conferences, CUES meetings, and teaches at two CUNA Management Schools.
