Matty Sateri has over 20 years experience supporting lifelong learning, professional development and organizational growth. She discovered the unique needs of credit unions while leading training efforts for Montgomery County Teachers Federal Credit Union.
Starting her career as training director for First American Bank’s customer service center, she later served as training director for PNC Bank and held similar roles with enterprise software and technology companies.
Matty is currently a training consultant providing organizational and human development programs while integrating the needs of businesses and their people. She enjoys helping financial institutions reach optimum performance by designing and delivering needs-based training in leadership, team development, sales, service, organizational change and professional skill building.
She’s a graduate of Hollins University and a certified trainer in CUNA Sales and Service, Franklin Covey “What Matters Most,” Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and Development Dimension International.
