Negotiable Instruments - May 25, 2010
Two sessions:   9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m.
Potomac Federal Credit Union, 215 Paca Street, Cumberland, MD 21501

We have developed a program that provides your staff the opportunity to take their knowledge to a new level, and to respond to the needs of member issues in a professional and effective way.

With the overwhelming barrage of new technology, new regulations, new products, and new services, the understanding of fundamental banking knowledge has been diluted.  Operational mistakes occur.  Members can’t get answers about issues.  Employees don't grasp why they are doing what they are doing.

This program will provide the in-depth knowledge to understand the processes at the level required to assist members more effectively and eliminate costly errors.  Employees at all experience levels will gain a greater understanding of the many facets of the nuts and bolts of banking to become the best they can be. Practical exercises, hands-on demonstrations and role playing will be used to reinforce and apply their new knowledge in practical ways.  Interpersonal communication skills critical to dealing with members will be strengthened as part of the training process.

This program will highlight:
