Freedom Federal Credit Union, with $263 million in assets and five branches, is seeking an Operations Support Manager.
This individual should have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
This position oversees all activities of the Operations Support Department. It manages, directs, and coordinates the support provided to Freedom’s branches, lending, call center, and members, to include but not limited to: assisting staff with adjustment questions and transactions; assuring quality control of transactions, paperwork and new accounts; completing research and adjustment requests; processing and maintaining all share certificate and IRA requests; ensuring Freedom’s liens are properly recorded on all collateral loans; scanning files from the branches and other departments; processing dormant accounts; and working with the insurance companies to ensure proper claims are paid out. Administers each department to provide uninterrupted service to members.
