Position Description: 

Freedom Federal Credit Union, with $263 million in assets and five branches, is seeking a Trainer. 

Position Requirements: 

This individual should have a minimum of 3 years of experience.   Training certification in facilitation or adult learning is desired.  Training experience in the financial services industry is preferred.

Position Responsibilities: 

This position coordinates and conducts training and development programs for employees.  It is responsible for ensuring maximum effectiveness of Freedom’s Teller and Financial Services Representative training by continually determining the member service training needs by reviewing and modifying existing and proposed training programs.  This person will work with all levels of management to develop and revise training programs.
