Do you have the skill to listen actively, demand good work from your team, grow to become a resident product/service subject matter expert? If so, then you might just be our next Call Center Manager.
You also need at least four years retail sales or call center supervisory experience, preferably in a financial institution, Bachelor’s degree preferred, experience conducting training, and exceptional customer service skills.
As Call Center Manager, you can make a difference as you lead a staff of nine that provides high-quality member service. You will lead this team by coaching them to achieve goals, building their skill confidence, increasing the depth of the team’s product and service knowledge. You can effect changes through collaboration on how to strengthen internal processes, assessing call center technology needs, and increasing sales.
