This position is responsible for managing the daily branch operations. Supervises and trains branch personnel in lending and deposit services, and ensures that they are working as a team in providing efficient and professional member services. Performs all duties of a Loan Officer, Member Services Representative, and Teller.
Ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or related field, 3-5 years progressively responsible experience in branch operations, knowledge of teller, member service, and loan policies, minimum 2 years previous supervisory experience. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communications skills needed.
Salary $50,000+ plus bonus eligible depending on experience. Excellent benefits package including Metro assistance.
