Lending Manager-Bilingual in Spanish

Position Description:

Position Requirements: 

Applicants must have broad experience in managing a mortgage and consumer lending programs. Working knowledge of lending and Credit Union laws, regulations, and secondary market standards is also required.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required as well as five years of financial institution lending experience in a management role. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation skills. Exceptional leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring. Position Responsibilities: 

The lending manager reports to the executive vice president and is responsible for managing the growth, quality, and compliance of the Credit Union’s mortgage and consumer loan portfolio. The manager will oversee the senior loan officer and loan specialist, and cultivate a sales and service culture to increase lending product penetration among members.
