Develops analysis and recommendations that will be used as a basis for various forecasting and decision-making activities throughout the year and during annual strategic and budget planning processes. Proactively acts as the champion in the analysis of data from multiple sources to assist in the development of organizational strategies, forecasting and tactics relating to product, price, delivery channels and promotions.
Breaks down problems and issues into sub-components and then assesses the costs, benefits and risks of various options prior to selecting a particular approach.
Gathers enough information to allow a trustworthy assessment of risks and benefits of alternative approaches in any decision. Stays focused on objectives and considers both the short-term and longer-term impact of decisions and keeps objectives in mind throughout the process.
Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing member needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Manages each stage of a project to ensure that commitments are met in a manner that is timely and within budget. Clearly defines roles and responsibilities, determines necessary resources, and monitors project performance through appropriate systems and procedures.
BA/BS, Mathematics preferred.
Minimum seven (7) years data analysis/research methodology experience; minimum three (3) years project management experience required; marketing experience preferred.
