We’re looking for a high performing, experienced marketing professional who will develop and implement strategies to grow a multi-billion-dollar financial institution. Candidates must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be comfortable working in a multi-faceted, fast-paced environment while providing timely deliverables. This individual must be detailed oriented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to partner with others on cross-functional teams. Must be a strong leader and mentor to the marketing team and be member-focused with an ambition to lead the industry in delivering value to our members. Reporting directly to the SVP, Retail Delivery, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Credit Union’s marketing and communication strategy including the development, coordination and execution of brand, advertising, content, integrated marketing, public relations and events.
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and preferably an MBA.
-Minimum of 10 years Marketing and management experience within the financial industry or with a similar organization with preferably five years of senior management experience.
-Ability to understand and present campaign analysis.
-Excellent writing, proofreading and overall communication skills required.
-Ability to function in a financial institution setting at all levels of business interactions is required.
-Must provide own dependable transportation.
-The individual must be able to utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: computers, fax machines, copiers, PDAs, telephones, etc.
-Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when needed. Must be willing to attend out of town training, industry events, monthly Board Meetings, etc
