Position Overview

We are searching for a qualified Business Development Officer to support membership programs including planning and organizing business development initiatives, outreach, plus member and community relations.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a proven track record.
• Two years’ business development experience and/or relationship management experience.
• Effective interpersonal communication.
• PC proficient with Word/Windows, office machines. Able to learn and use a variety of software programs.


1. Lead Business Development activities on behalf of the credit union. Manage a book of business and leads that generates a consistent pipeline of member growth opportunities.
2. Represent the credit union and present on behalf of the credit union at community events at existing or potential membership organizations. Organize set up and implementation at these events. Able to attend community events before and after standard business hours, including nights and weekends. May travel out of state for events.
