Johns Hopkins University, in collaboration with the MD|DC Credit Union Association, is offering a one-day AI business strategy program designed specifically for credit union executives and senior leaders.

The program will help leaders understand how AI can support growth, improve decision-making, enhance member experiences and strengthen their organization’s competitive position.

Participants will learn how to:

• Apply the R.O.A.D. Management Framework to connect AI initiatives with business priorities.
• Through real-world financial-services case studies, participants will examine AI applications in lending, frontline service, risk management, and generative AI.
• Challenge leaders to move beyond isolated AI projects and define an enterprise AI North Star—a vision for how AI can be embedded across the organization. 
• Participants will leave with practical priorities, governance considerations, and actionable next steps for leading AI adoption at their credit union.

Participants who complete the program will receive a certificate of completion and earn 1.0 Johns Hopkins University CEU.
