This year’s four finalists have each produced a short video sharing their perspective on how credit unions can strengthen their position as the preferred financial choice for consumers. Now it’s your turn to weigh in by watching the videos and voting for your favorite. You can cast one vote every 24 hours through Monday, April 6 by clicking here.

Each finalist will also take the stage at CONNECT 2026 in Ocean City to deliver a live presentation, with the winner announced later that day.

The Emerging Leader Award honors a credit union professional age 40 or under who exemplifies the movement’s core principles and demonstrates outstanding leadership. The recipient will also earn a professional development package designed to support their continued growth and impact and sponsored by TruStage.
