More than 200 members of the Del-One Federal Credit Union team gathered recently for the credit union’s annual Professional Development Day. The event was held at the Del-One Conference Center at Delaware Technical Community College in Dover where teammates focused on strengthening collaboration, celebrating achievements, and investing in the organization’s future.

The annual event is designed to empower employees, foster cross-department teamwork, and support both individual growth and broader organizational goals.

President and CEO Dan McCarthy emphasized the importance of the day, noting, “Investing in our teammates is one of the most important things we can do as an organization. The teamwork we are building is palpable, and I am more excited today than I have ever been about our future.”

The event also featured the presentation of the 2025 “Of the Year” awards, recognizing outstanding contributions across the organization. Honorees included the Accounting Department, the Lewes and Milford branches, and Teammate of the Year, Training and Development Specialist Victoria “Tori” Coverdale.
