The commercial lending team at Del-One Federal Credit Union recently met with Fire Chief Scott Bundek of the Little Creek Volunteer Fire Company and learned about the department’s more than 80 years of service to the community. The volunteer company responds to emergencies across a wide area, including fire protection on land and marine rescue efforts on the bay, rivers, and inland waterways.

In support of their lifesaving mission, Del-One partnered with VISA to donate $5,000 to the fire company using funds designated for community investments. Del-One FCU President and CEO Dan McCarthy stated, “We are proud to support the Little Creek Volunteer Fire Company and the incredible work they do for our community. Their dedication, courage and commitment to keeping our community safe is truly inspiring. We are grateful for their service and honored to support their mission. Thank you for being there for all of us”.
