Andrews Federal Credit Union recently promoted Carrie Enck to the role of Assistant Vice President of Loan Servicing. 

In her new position, Enck will be responsible for overseeing servicing operations and ensuring efficiency for both consumer lending and mortgage lending. During her tenure at Andrews Federal, Enck has held multiple roles in operations, member service, and lending. Most recently, she has served as Director of Consumer Loan Servicing. In addition to almost 15 years of experience at Andrews Federal, Enck worked for more than a decade in the title insurance industry.  

According to Andrews Federal Credit Union Chief Lending Officer Patricia Campbell, Enck’s promotion will continue to support the credit union’s commitment to excellence in lending. “During her time at Andrews Federal, Carrie Enck has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills and dedication, making significant contributions to key projects and improvising efficiency and member experience through automation,” Campbell said. “As she manages both Mortgage Loan Servicing and Consumer Loan Servicing, I am confident her experience and talent will continue to drive success for our credit union and our members.”
