Andrews FCU was recently awarded the U.S. Department of the Army “Distinguished Credit Union of the Year” designation for its USAG Benelux location. This is the fourth time Andrews Federal has been honored as a Distinguished Credit Union by the Department of the Army, and the third consecutive year the credit union has received this designation. 

According to Andrews Federal President and CEO Ken Orgeron, the credit union is honored by the repeated recognition and the acknowledgement of the credit union’s commitment to serving the military. “On behalf of our Board of Directors and Committee members, Senior Management, and the entire Andrews Federal staff, we are proud to serve our military service members and to support them as they manage their finances and achieve their goals,” Orgeron said. “Receiving the Distinguished Credit Union of the Year designation for the fourth consecutive year underscores our commitment to providing financial resources that fit the needs of the military community.”

Andrews Federal provides financial support to more than 8,900 US members assigned to NATO, SHAPE, and the three US Embassy locations. The credit union offers a variety of products and services designed with military service members, including those deployed overseas, in mind.
