NCUA Regulatory Review: Public Comment Opportunity
Every three years, the NCUA reviews all of its regulations to ensure they remain effective and easy to understand. To manage this process, the Office of General Counsel follows a rolling schedule that reviews one-third of the agency’s regulations. As part of this effort, the NCUA invites public input on the specific regulations under review. This year, the NCUA is reviewing Parts 700 through 710 of its regulations.
The NCUA encourages suggestions on how these regulations could be improved in terms of clarity as well as substantive suggestions for regulatory changes. The deadline for comments is July 25, 2025. Comments can be submitted to: OGCMAIL@NCUA.GOV
