The Delaware Business Times recently released its list of “The First State’s Most Impactful Leaders,” naming Del-One FCU President and CEO Dan McCarthy in the Banking and Financial Services Category.

The Delaware 222 recognizes 222 of the state’s most influential business, nonprofit, and civic leaders. The list features a wide range of industries, highlighting individuals who have made substantial contributions to the growth and development of businesses and organizations throughout Delaware.

Dan McCarthy was named President and CEO January 25, 2024 after briefly serving as interim leader. McCarthy had been with Del-One FCU since 2019, serving as both the Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. His extensive experience also includes significant positions in human resources at The Ingerman Group and the Buccini/Pollin Group.

Outside of Del-One, Dan serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Delaware Hospice.
