Delaware State Police FCU Announces Promotion of Three Executives

Delaware State Police Federal Credit Union recently promoted Stefani Argo-Larson to Vice-President of Operations, Susan Hatch to Chief Financial Officer and Marybeth Roach to Assistant Vice-President- Human Resources Manager.

In her new role, Stefani Argo-Larson will be responsible for directing, coordinating and overseeing the operational aspects of the Credit Union to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, laws and rules while evaluating and improving departmental efficiencies.


Argo-Larson has most recently been serving as the BSA / Compliance officer for DSPFCU and has taken the initiative to assume many of the requisite accountabilities of the VP of Operations.

Argo-Larson holds an associate’s degree, is a Certified IRA Specialist and has recently earned the Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS) designation demonstrating a commitment to identifying the latest forms of illicit financial activities and understanding evolving Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and anti-money laundering (AML) laws.

In her 11 years of service, Argo-Larson continues to be a tireless champion of the credit union and enjoys providing outstanding service to DSPFCU, her co-workers and the members.

Susan Hatch has served DSPFCU for five years joining the credit union as the Financial Controller and most recently serving as Vice-President of Accounting and Finance. 

In her new role as Chief Financial Officer, Hatch will continue to be responsible for the implementation of the Credit Union’s Strategic Plan, ALM policies and Accounting and Finance related duties.

Hatch holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an M.B.A., both from Wilmington University, in addition to over 30 years of experience in accounting, Hatch has been and continues to be a valuable member of the DSPFCU team.

In her new role as Assistant Vice-President- Human Resources Manager, Marybeth Roach will continue to be responsible for the implementation of the DSPFCU’s HR strategy including employee relations, training and professional development, payroll, recruitment, benefit administration and regulatory compliance.

Roach came to DSPFCU with over 20 years of HR experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration as well as both the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute and the Certified Professional designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).
