Providing Services is at our Core
MDDCCUA’s Strategic Plan emphasizes a goal to Increase consumers’ usage of credit unions. That’s why we’re working to provide a wide variety of resources to improve credit union performance.
- Bank Secrecy Act - MDDCCUA features qualified individuals available to assist you with your credit union’s BSA program. We offer assistance to our affiliated credit unions in BSA Training, Reviews and Testing for staff and volunteers.
- Calendar - MDDCCUA conducts over 65 training opportunities, three major conference and special events throughout the year. Examine the many opportunities for education and networking and register easily online.
- Conferences – MDDCCUA holds three signature events throughout the year: The Connections Conference (formerly the Annual Meeting and Conference); The Leadership Forum (formerly the Chairman/CEO Summit); and the Volunteer Leadership Conference.
- Events – Credit unions can participate in a variety of events throughout the year including the Maryland Legislative Reception, the Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC), Credit Unions for Kids Golf and Bowling Tournaments, Money Power Day, the Dollars & Sense Expo, International Credit Union Day festivities, and others.
- Non-Surcharge ATMs – MDDCCUA partners with CO-OP Financial Services and the Allpoint Network to provide credit union competitive access to non-surcharge ATMs for their members.
- Preferred Partners – The right provider can create real opportunities for your credit union with products and services that benefit your members, including CUNA Mutual Group, CUNA Strategic Services, CO-OP Financial Services, and others.

- Strategic Planning – MDDCCUA designs each session specific to the needs of the credit union with expertise on current market trends as well as knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
